On-ground creators
Our team moves with the event, noticing candid reactions, details and unscripted moments.
The people behind the moments
We catch the magic
while it's happening.
BTSWale is an on-ground event content creation team turning real celebrations into social-first stories — captured, edited and shared while the energy is still alive.
About BTSWale
Not just event coverage.
It's the feeling.
Some of the best moments happen between the big moments — the nervous smiles, the last-minute touch-ups, the laughter with friends, the dance-floor madness and the little details that make an event yours.
We capture those moments with a creator's eye and deliver vertical, platform-ready content your people can enjoy and share right away. From weddings and engagements to birthdays, corporate gatherings, concerts and brand experiences, we help every event live beyond the venue.
We don't just capture events. We make them social-media ready.
Our approach
Capture. Create.
Share it live.
Fast, thoughtful edits
We shape footage into short-form reels and story content made for today's social platforms.
Real-time delivery
Get selected content during the celebration, so the excitement can be shared while it's happening.
What we cover
One creative team.
Every kind of occasion.
Let's tell your story
Your event deserves
a live story.
